Jeremy David Engels is a Professor of Communication Arts and Sciences and the Barry Director of the Honors Program at Pennsylvania State University. He is the author of The Ethics of Oneness: Emerson, Whitman, and the Bhagavad Gita (University of Chicago Press) and The Art of Gratitude (State University of New York Press).

Ayça Çubukçu is Associate Professor in Human Rights at the London School of Economics and co-director of LSE Human Rights. She is the author of For the Love of Humanity: The World Tribunal on Iraq (University of Pennsylvania Press).
